0. If that was an option, thats what I would rate it. This salon provides the WORST service. Went in for a basic root colour and a cut, I can out butchered. My hair was just under shoulder length and I had requested a basic blunt cut to cut off my ends, the stylist decided to cut chunks and leave my hair uneven. When I complained to the owner she said that, that's what I requested. EXCUSE ME??? I DID NOT request chunks of my hair to be cut off. She said at this point she could do nothing. I went home and cried at the mess they had done. It was so bad I had to find a new stylist and cut my hair into a bob to even out the mistakes. DO NOT! DO NOT, go to this salon. The owner is a joke.
The owner of this salon is extremely rude. Instead of making sure her clients are happy, she puts them down and insults them. She was very sarcastic with her responses and laughed at my questions when I tried to have a serious conversation with her. Extremely disrespectful. A lady like herself should not be working with people. Save your money and find a better salon.
