Everyone here was fantastic with helping find the perfect tile. I showed them what I wanted and they brought in all the options in that style that they could find. Colin was particularly helpful. They answered my myriad of emails quickly, and helped me load the tiles into my car. So very happy with all their assistance!

Hailey and Mags offer a beautiful selection of unique tiles in a well curated showroom. Customer service was exceptional, from our initial visit, to email follow-ups for information and throughout the ordering and pickup process. Jordyn was knowledgable and assisted us in narrowing down exactly what we were after for our new shower. The tiles look amazing and we found them to be competitively priced – a bonus considering the uniqueness of designs and colour choices for glass. We would absolutely shop here again for future renovations.
I was extremely impressed with the customer service at Hailey and Mags. The representative, Jordyn, was very friendly and extremely helpful. She helped me to select a perfect tile and accent for modernizing my bathroom. She went over and above to source a specific sized tile and style I was searching for and was able to meet my tight timeline. My entire tile buying experience was excellent all thanks to Hailey and Mags. I strongly recommend them.
I had a great experience. I thought i knew what I wanted, but after seeing the variety and learned more about the product, I went in a slightly different direction. And it turned out beautiful! Thank you everyone!! I love my new shower!
What can I say ... excellent service, excellent product, excellent delivery and great pricing to top it off. Great selection on glass tiles. The owner is so personal and knows his stuff. He shared his tips and tricks for a self install. Highly recommended!!!
