I have been using Hagen’s Travel and Cruises West Vancouver since 1992. I typically travel at least once a year. Sometimes my travel arrangements are straightforward and sometimes complex. No matter the trip, I always use this travel agency and always receive exceptional service. Over the years, Michael has been able to source out cheaper flights than I could have found on-line, simply because he is aware of optimal routing which is something us lay-people don’t always know about. He has been able to arrange tours with smaller and cheaper local tour operators once I get to a destination. He put together an excellent itinerary for a trip to Africa for much less than had I done it by myself. And above all, when things go wrong, as they can and do with travel plans, that’s when having a travel agent like this one is especially great. I highly recommend this travel agency for their knowledgeable and friendly service.
