Do not waste your money at this location. I dealt with Aiden in purchasing plastic PVC decking for a deck at my house and it was an extreme mistake buying from this place. I trusted Aiden's word when he said it was a quality product and very popular however, it was priced way too high. Aiden also was selling this product as decking when I found out it was stair boards from Lowe's Canada. They should be informing the customers exactly what the product is before they come from out of area to drive and look at it and not lie about it. They receive the product for free and sell it at too high of a dollar value. Furthermore, Lowe's used to carry the product and now they've discontinued this product therefore, it is not worth full value. If anybody bought this PVC decking if you touch it it scratches. My cat walked across the decking after I had his nails trimmed and filed and he still scratched the decking. I will never go back to this store again or believe anything Aiden, the manager, says again. I tried to return the product one day after the seven days and they would not give me my full money back. This location does not work with customers. If anybody that is thinking about donating to this place think again and give your goods to a place that actually cares about people/customers and uses proper pricing for those used/discontinued goods and not trying to make huge profits. Considering they even have free volunteer help and do not pay them.
