Work was done to my satisfaction. Quality of materials used in my kitchen renovation were of excellent quality. Price was very reasonable. Allen went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the schedule and workmanship. He was very easy to work with and was always available when I had questions or needed to make changes. Almost everything went smoothly except for a few minor hiccups as expected with any renovation.but for the most part I'm very happy with my new kitchen and would certainly recommend H&Y Kitchen Bath to anyone.

Great service. They helped me to choose a style, showed samples and kept it within my budget. Installation was quick and they didn't leave any mess behind. My kitchen looks amazing now. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.
I called them to try to get a quote for a new quartz counter and backsplash, they said come into their showroom. It wasn't far, so I did. The store was closed 6:30 on a Thursday when I showed up but the door was open. I told the lady all my measurements and styles and model numbers I wanted with all my contact info, which she asked for, and said she'll send me an estimate tomorrow. 4 days later it's Monday and I didn't hear back. I call the store 4 different times throughout the day but no one answers and there is no answering machine so the phone just keeps ringing. I then email them. It's Wednesday now and still no response. It's so simple to offer customer service but so many Companies fail. Why would I ever want to work with a Company like this. Horrible impression. I'll take my 5000 elsewhere.
