Love waking by and seeing the bunnies! They’re so cute and look happy all the time. They come right up to the cage and they’re friendly. They have a cute bird that flys around too, it’s so nice to see the animals are being loved. The people are so nice there.

Was in today and picked up 10 Discus. The young man was very helpful and polite. He answered all of my questions. Even the ones I asked twice. He gave me some great tips to get my fish home and in the aquarium safe and sound. He was wrong about one thing. He said the fish would hide for a week or two. When I put them in the tank they all hide in the back of the tank behind the driftwood. In less than 45 minutes most of them have come out and are having out in the front of the tank. They all look great! and so does the Pleco. I am very happy about the health of the fish. And extremely happy with the service I got.
Visited this place all the way from Kanata, and it was definitely worth the drive! The staff is very kind and helpful. They helped me with everything I needed. They have a wonderful selection of pets. Would definitely recommend these guys! Thank you
Was hesitant driving down from Prescott but me and my family left extremely satisfied and with our new pet lovebird, and all new accessories! Thank you to the young gentlemen and the girl who helped us, we’re very happy.
These birds have picked their feathers out from stress. do not believe excuses regarding them being juvenile or molting.
Amazing service , very friendly , and knowledgeable, answered all my questions helped me understand everything I needed to do to fix my aquariums. They have beautiful healthy fish (and other animals) all very well taken care of .. definitely recommend gveah pet store !!
Went there today to possibly buy a new pet. Wasnt aure what to get entirely since I didnt know what they had. Was confronted by a employee who very rudely told me i was not allowed to be in the store or look if i wasnt guaranteed to know what i wanted. I was then forced out of the store and told to leave. I did nothing. Said nothing rude. Just kicked out for not knowing 100% what I wanted and wasnt guaranteed to spend money there. Very disappointed do not recommend going here at all
Wonderful pet shop. I like how they are not open for browsing at animals currently as a covid safety precaution - I feel safe knowing there isn't as many people going in for no reason and just to browse at the animals like previous times. They will let you in if you would like to purchase something or are looking to get a new pet - they're very kind. Thank you Gveah for awesome service.
