We have nothing but great customer service and boat service at Guertin. even though we didn't buy our boat through them they continue to give us the great service and prices. Dom is great to deal with, answers all the questions we have (we have lots). We'll def continue to take our pontoon there.

Went in and had some questions about my boat and Yamaha engine. Guy at desk didn’t have the answer but went to the back and got the answer. More of a personal kind of atmosphere there. Sales staff very friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. It’s where I shop even though it’s further away then other dealers.
Sad they are moving on from the marine industry. Great business, great family. Sam went above and beyond. Thanks Guertin family
Bought a part for my golf cart but didn't need it. I was able to return it without a handle or charges.
I dont really like the service at this place. My boyfriend purchased a brand new boat and waited over a month to receive it. When he finally did receive it he was told that a part they thought they had for the boat was actually wrong and needed to place an order for it which took another 2 weeks to get. They never really seem to want to help and when asked questions about the boat they didn't really have any answers. I had to Google what my boyfriend wanted to know. When the boat was finally brought in for the part to be installed they left all the drill shavings in the boat and didnt clean anything that they worked on. Overall I find the service very poor and I hate to see my boyfriend disappointed especially when hes spending more than 20,000 on a quality product.
I would never buy a boat from guertins equipment IF YOU SEE THIS POST GO LOOK AT OTHER PLACES AND AVIOD FROM GOING HERE there are other alumacraft dealer ships in the area Brand new boat only had it for 2 months this is now my 5th time taking out back to them Had problems since we first bought it Nothing but a Huge Headache!!!!!
