Go to Volkswagen Kitchener much better customer service. Did alot of business in Guelph because they were closer last experience not good at all. Purchased vehicle at Crosby and will drive a little extra for there courtesy and politeness.
My experience with this dealership was a very positive one. Lawrence took the time to discuss my needs and was able to recommend the Atlas that had all the options I was looking for. He thoroughly went over all the features of the vehicle with me, and I even got to take it home for the night. I was VERY impressed by that! Had an issue with brake dust being left behind on my rims. Poor customer service at first left me pretty upset. Contacted Alex and he sorted out the issue. Will be giving me a loaner vehicle for the day for them to clean my rim properly after originally being told there's nothing much that can be done. Thanks for your help Alex.
