This was the best customer service I could have ever expected. If there’s a Christmas bonus to be had, Amy deserves it. In the process of upgrading my phone, she answered all my questions in a friendly and knowledgeable fashion. When it came to options/add-ons, she explained the pros and cons of each and never once did I feel there was any up-selling. The phone that I wanted had to be ordered. Over the next week I frequently dropped by with more questions. Each time I received the same friendly, professional and informative help. At my age, this was / is much appreciated. Kudos to Virgin for having Amy on board … a valuable employee.

Best customer service experience of any service provider i've been with. Went into the mall to up grade my phone for my birthday and had a great experience with the team at the Virgin booth in Stone Road. They were all very knowledgeable, super nice and really helpful. Probably the best customer service I have ever received. I am a long time customer of Virgin mobile and have had my share of issues with their call centres over the years... However, my experience today with the store manager Alanna restored my confidence in Virgin mobile as a company and I am happy to call them my service provider once again! She met all of my issues and concerns with positive and friendly responses and truly gave a genuine interest in solving my problems (which she was able to solve all). I truly wish Virgin Mobile would provide more access to these remarkable individuals who are working their store fronts so that they could continue the amazing work they are doing without being so limited! Thank you Alanna!

I made an error and overpaid my account with Virgin after closing my account. I have been trying unsuccessfully for over 5 weeks now to get my back. I realize this was my error but it should not be so difficult resolve. I have wasted so much of my time dealing with this I also feel I should be compensated for that, knowing that isn't going to happen but honestly I have never received such awful customer service in my life. I have been told AGAIN I have to wait another 2-4 weeks for my 850.00, let me remind you this is MY and never once when I was making these payments in error did Virgin contact me. I am beyond frustrated and now will be following up after my 6th phone call to ensure the problem has been solved after being assured each time that the request had been made. I will never return to Virgin as a customer nor will I ever recommend to anyone!
