We bought 3 VIQUA filters at the Cottage Life show thru 'The Pump shop' in 2016. We have been VERY satisfied with the units. I bought 2 filter units for both mine and my in laws cottage on lake water, and a single filter unit for use at home with our well. I got a great deal on the 3 units and they threw in 3 extra sediment filters. They are made in Canada, easy to install, high quality and are easy to get bulbs and parts for. Replacement bulbs are available in Haliburton near the cottage and in North Toronto. I understand that you can get the bulbs by mail also..but they are fragile...and I prefer to get them direct from the store.
too many problem in past. this is by far best experience I have had with a reverse osmosis. no leaking, easy setup and great tasting. they should provide john guest 3/8 adaptor to make install even easier, I had to buy from the local water store for 20. product delivered next day from alegantecare.ca. so far we are extremely satisfied
