This is my first time using this self serve car wash at Valet. I went around 9pm and it was quiet and empty. I like how there is tap to pay so I can use Apple Pay. Spent 8 and got 13min of time which is pretty decent from what I’ve seen around. The only negative thing I’ve found is that the pressure washer PSI is weaker compared to many other places I’ve used. Seems to be a lower PSI even compared to my gas powered pressure washer at home, which is about 2100psi @ 2.3GPM. Overall, it is a great place to wash your car and everything seems to be working properly. I’ll definitely come back again and test another bay.

Great car wash and great price for a membership. You definitely need to dry your vehicle off after the wash, which seems to be the case at all car washes. I do find that they are closed fair often, but always get an email when they will be closed for the day.
I have brought the concerns to the management and front desk but it has gone on deaf ears. They also provided a token which was eliminated without any notification or rationale. The wash and dry quality is most definitely substandard. I purchased the Extreme wash and the quality is terrible as my vehicle looks equally as dirty and far more stains after I am out of the wash. The dryer is rushed and vehicle. My the time I get home, my vehicle is full or water and wax spots. I should not have to get out of my car and hand dry my whole vehicle. Frequently the marker they mark your windshield with partially stays on the windshield after you are out of the wash. One thing the staff providing guidance into the wash need to do is really be focused on their duties to make sure no scuff and damage is caused to tires or wheels. On a few occasions, the staff have been pre-occupied with talking to one another and not looking at the vehicle that is making its way into the wash bay. They definitely need to make some improvements to retain or grow their business. In its current state, I would definitely not recommend Valet Car Wash.
This was my first time choosing interior service there. I have no experience of how to choose the service. The receptionist explained to me patiently. Then I chose ULTRA CLEAN. After I took the exterior service, two ladies(Sam B) cleaned and worked hard for more than one and a half hours. My SUV is clean now. Good service.
Very good service, I have been a customer since 2008. Keep up the good work.
