Amazing classes in recreational and competitive karate and wrestling, as well as general fitness training and education. As a member for 6 years in the competitive wrestling club, I have personally experienced how Tri-City develops its members, not only physically, but mentally as well. Great range of classes from completely new beginner to advanced levels, always allowing to get better.

In my almost 11 years of being with Tri-City Training and the instructors there, I never stopped learning and bettering myself. You are sure to have a more healthy lifestyle after every class!

Our family has been with Tri-City training for over three years. Tri-city karate teaches our boys respect, discipline and self control amongst many other things. Our boys love the conditioning portion of classes where they are able to push themselves and see what their bodies are capable of. Sensei Tom and Sensei Amanda are kind, knowledgeable and patient. Karate at Tri-city has helped my sons develop greater confidence, self esteem and listening skills. One of the best investments we have made for our children! Highly recommend Tri-City Training!!

My teen daughter has been with Tri-City Training for about 2 years now and it's been a great experience. She has learned so much and the dedication that Sensei Tom and Sensei Amanda have with the kids, all the teachings - and not just in martial arts but what comes with it like focus, determination, confidence and courage, - shows. She, as well as her dad an I, look forward to continuing her great experience as much as she can!

Karate is good for the mind, body and soul. Most people think Karate is just for kids, at age 40 I started Karate in 2006-2013 then took a break due to family matters and returned in 2020 during the pandemic of Covid-19. Karate is a great way to stay active, build strength and learn self defence. During the pandemic restrictions Sensei Tom and Amanda were very creative in training outdoors making classes safe and fun. Sensei Tom is an awesome instructor, he’ll push you to your limits and then encourage you to surpass them building confidence, courage and perseverance. Sensei Amanda is inspiring as a woman and has a wide variety of training in martial arts. She is very positive and motivating. The other students are friendly and welcoming to new students and are always willing to help train and encourage each other, bringing out the best in each other. Tri-City is more than just a Dojo, they offer many other classes like wrestling, circuit classes, wellness classes and abdominal workouts (all on zoom for now) giving a well rounded regime for staying in good physical and mental health. Come out to a class and give it a try, you wont be disappointed!
