I trained here for over 4 years, and only stopped because I moved out of Guelph. TNT was my home away from home and if I could, I would still be training there! Joel puts togther incredibly workout routines, the personal training is challenging in the best way, and everyone who hangs out there is super friendly. They also put on the best monthly fight events! Whether you're thinking about trying boxing for the first time, or wanting to climb the ranks, I couldn't recommend TNT and the team enough.

I'm usually bored by gyms. Or if not bored, then unsure how to build upon my previous workouts. TNT took those concerns away. Great workouts, small classes and a coach who customizes it to get the most from you. Best of all, it's really fun. I've been going twice a week for 3 years and at 41 I'm in better shape than when I was 21 or 31.

Really cool boxing gym only downside is parking in when it rains it's really hard to get into the gym
