Countertop Depot was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, reliable. When they said they were going to show up - they were there. They also followed-up after installation to ensure our satisfaction with the work done. - not done too often these days. I will be very happy to recommend them to anyone in the future.
Amazing service from start to finish! We got super lucky as we called around trying to find a rare piece of quartz to match our current kitchen counter, these guys had a small piece of exactly what we needed. When I called they were absolutely wonderful, made it so easy for us to come and sign the paperwork etc (their space was also extremely COVID friendly, they even took my temperature at the door). The owner himself came to measure our space, they were able to install it before the initially said they would, perfect installation and super friendly service. We would absolutely recommend them for anyone who needs their counters done, we live in Kitchener and they came out here to help us, we couldn't be happier!
I have been purchasing counter tops from Al since he first opened and have always received fantastic service. The owners are on site and all the staff are very friendly. Fantastic turnaround times as well. They have punched out rush counters for me before long weekends and always have special orders done on time. They have strict protocols in place to prevent the spread of the Wuhan flu currently ruining our country. I would not shop anywhere else for countertops.
