Overall very pleased with the mattress I got. The staff were friendly and courteous. My only areas of improvement would be: 1. I found it difficult to know what is a good deal or not. Prices seem inflated and discounts are offered right off the bat and one has to push hard to feel like they are getting a good deal beyond the “home show price”. 2. While I felt safe in the store, I still felt procedures could be elevated for Covid. Ensure everyone sanitizes, disinfect surfaces frequently and be cautious that multiple people are laying on a tester bed. 3. It is best practice to not have your staff share their political opinions. Just small areas of improvements. I am still satisfied with my service and mattress.

I purchased 4 beds from Sleep Country for an AirBnb, including headboards and duvets. Our sales person Doug did an excellent job explaining our options and getting us a great deal! It didn’t take long. He was also able to accommodate our delivery date too! Thank you Doug!
Went to the store ready to spend some big buck on a new mattress. We spoke with salesperson Joe who educated us that our existing mattress has a warranty and that we should be able to make a claim...we took his advice and are SO thankful...we went through the warranty process and turns out we were entitled to a BRAND NEW BED for FREE!!! Thanks so much Joe because we were ready to just pay full price to get it over with but you convinced us to try the warranty process and now we have a new bed we love for FREE!!! Appreciate the selfless act (since no sales commission on a warranty claim) when you could of just easily sold us a new one you chose to look out for our true needs instead!!!
Can say enough about the awesome, honest sales experience with Mike Stuart. He did not try to oversell or put any pressure on me to buy. Very experienced on what is needed depending each individual's needs. Well done Mike, well done.
Great experience buying a new mattress. Store is very clean and felt very safe to be shopping there during covid, as staff follow all precautions! Joe was especially helpful and very informative, he really knows his stuff! Never felt pressured to he allowed us to take our time. So happy with our new bed
