The care team from Right at Home Waterloo Wellington was invaluable in supporting my mum in her retirement home as her health declined towards needing long-term care. Right at Home took great pains to match the personalities of their PSW staff with my mum's, and then optimized the scheduling of a limited number of care givers. The care-givers were wonderful companions, excellent health-care providers and extremely reliable - even in bad weather, and in urgent situations. The management team was very responsive to problems and questions, with solutions which were practical, useful and cost-effective. I highly recommend talking with Right at Home Waterloo Wellington if you need any kind of care, for yourself or a loved one.

We have been receiving PSW support from Right At Home in the Niagara Region for a year now; in that time, devoted caregivers have followed and attended to my Mother at Anchor Pointe in Port Dalhousie, at 2 hospitals in seven weeks, and at River Road Retirement in Niagara Falls. The service and care, under the direction of Trish, is exceptional; her caregivers are genuinely caring. Whether they are helping my Mother transfer, walk, bathe, or taking her outside or to the cafe for a change of scene and cup of tea, each one is a gem. One of them brings her homemade baking! What peace of mind, to have this kind of support when I am unable to see my Mother every day. We are so very grateful to the staff and caregivers of Right At Home and give them our highest recommendation.
