Front retail staff are wonderful! If you don't have to deal with the parts Lady, all is good. Had a issue with a O ring that obviously should have come with the salt cell I purchased. Got nothing but attitude. Doesn't reflect well on the rest of the wonderful folks working there.

Pollack pools is awesome for all your pool and spa needs they always look after me right down to getting me a bolt for my spa pump after I broke it off! If your buying pool or spa parts or supply’s somewhere else Then your missing out!! Always great service from the staff.would not buy anywhere else! Thank you and keep up the great work
Went in there this morning to get some chemicals. Will never go back. The person who 'helped' me was dismissive and rude. Nonetheless, I thanked him for his help and said have a good day to which he replied with nothing. Not even goodbye. There are many places to get spa supplies, I suggest going to one where people have manners.
