This store enforces a discriminatory policy. I wanted to have my rings cleaned and they would only offer me curbside pickup. This is not acceptable to me as I like to keep sight of my jewellery. Until I am able to be seen like everyone else I won't be buying any more jewellery from here and will recommend others don't as well.

My boyfriend and I went here to figure out ring sizes and look at engagement rings and we had an awesome experience with Nicole - great customer service, very friendly and patient with us as she helped us figure out what we wanted, respectful of our budget, and was very clear in laying out all the options and explaining everything. We never felt pressured into purchasing anything at any point (even though we did walk out with a ring!). Overall excellent experience and customer service!

very poor customer service. only allowing total 6 people at a time while having 4 people working in the store so technically only 2 at a time ( had to leave my husband and kid outside). they would not let me trade in something I got from their store only because i did not save the paper copy of the receipt and their system could not find it when they knew it was from their store. Found senior staff extremely rude as she did not even try to work with us . would not recommend that store to anyone who is looking for jewellery at the mall. several other stores in the mall with better service , pricing and attitude.

I had an amazing experience with Nicole who found several items which corresponded to my requirements. She sent me pictures of them and greatly assisted me through e-mails. She enabled me to purchase the necklace without having to go to the store

Today we went to Peoples Jewellers in Stone Road Mall to purchase a significant piece of jewellery. Upon entering the store we were very quickly ushered out. We were advised we needed to wait until the current customers inside the store (one couple) were finished. There were three additional sales people doing nothing. The salesperson got her tablet to show us online what they had. We could have done that at home. Anyhow she then went inside and brought us out three items, none of which we liked. We advised her we wanted to see more of a selection and were again told we had to wait. We finally decided we weren't going to wait any longer and left. We made a significant purchase at another store in the mall with exemplary customer service. We had to pass Peoples to leave the mall. There were four people lined up outside their store with one customer inside. Way to lose a sale!!
