My husband and I have managed our own rental properties for over 20 years, by ourselves. We thought about hiring a management company over the years but assumed we couldn't afford it and we were afraid the customer service we prided ourselves on would change, so we never pursued it; until last year. 11 months ago we hired Lighthouse Management to oversee a 6-plex we own in Guelph and we couldn't be happier. We decided to hire Lighthouse because Sean was so professional, responsive and understanding. Moreover, his company offered the most flexible option with respect to rent collection and invoicing. Sean is the property manager for our current place of residence. From a tenant point of view he has been great. During our stay we had 2 issues which were dealt with promptly and professionally. Always considerate of our needs any time an issue came up. Would recommend Lighthouse's services if you are looking for someone to take care of your property
