LifeLearn has been a joy to interact with. I was doing research to create a website for our company and was talking to numerous representatives from different places. Their rep Shaleigh spent plenty of time giving me all the information I was looking for and answering all my questions. While we didn't go with LifeLearn solely due to our small business size, she still checked in with me months later to make sure we were happy with our current service and make sure we were taken care of. This was above and beyond and really appreciated. Thank you LifeLearn! You will be our number one choice if we ever grow and choose to transition!

Poor customer support and a billing issue led us to the decision to cancel our account with LifeLearn. We are still debating the issue of billing and I sent the cancellation letter, as per their request, in plenty of time for our account to be cancelled. Their cancellation policy can't be found on their website. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
