I came in with my family not too long ago and was greeted by a warm and very well dressed sales person. She had an inviting personality she made my family feel very comfortable and welcomed. Considering this was going to be our first Christmas as a family sometimes tenions run high needless to say, she made things very easy for us. It seems others have had the good fortune of getting great customer service in these trying times from the same excellent sales women. I am saddened to hear that Le Chateau will be closing and that this excellent sales woman and her colleagues will be out of a job. Thank you for such an awesome experience Tina !!

I went in to this store to purchase a dress that I saw online. I received an email stating that the dress was 50% off. I received the email the same day I went to the store. I searched and I saw that there were 2 available at the Stone Road Mall location. I went to the store, tried on the dress and loved it. I went to pay for it at the cash and they stated that it was full price at 99.00. I showed them the email I received but the employee told me this was for online purchases only. The email I received specifically says for \Online or In Store\ purchases. I went all the way to the store and tried it on for nothing. I wanted it for New Years Eve and did not have time to order it online. I was very unimpressed with this. The store needs to be made aware when there are emails going out about sales that are on. The lady working at the store told me she had about 15 other people come in looking for a sale. It was very inconvenient and I had my hopes up for the dress and could not afford it in the end. I am not sure about other locations, but the Guelph location is not honoring sales. I emailed customer service and they were useless. They didn't even investigate. They just emailed me back stating that it was a flash online sale only. I saved the email and took screen shots of where it states \IN STORE\. They just never replied. I won't be shopping there again!
I stopped by Le Chateau at Stone Road Mall with my wife the other day. It's sad to hear that all Le Chateau's will be closing but we still had a great experience. We got to meet a lovely sales woman. She was tall, curvy, and very stylish. I dont remember her name but it was a bit exotic and started with a 'T'. Even though my wife and I struggle with anxiety (since COVID) and dont like leaving home for long, she had such an awesome personality that my wife really enjoyed trying on some new clothes and modeling them. :) It was a great experience with her and I'm truly sorry to hear she and her co workers will be out of a work soon. I hope the best for this her and all of the wonderful staff at Le Chateau. Thank you very much. :)
I went to Le Chateau at Stone Road Mall a few days ago and was greeted by a tall, attractive, exotic and curvy lady with a very stylish outfit and an awesome hat and a personality to match.I haven't shopped in LC at Stone Road Mall in particular due to the lack of service especially in the Men's section and the poor attitudes overall. This lady made me feel very welcomed and comfortable without being in your face. I went in not really expecting to purchase anything but, this Style representative attentively helped me pick out and I ended up buying a new suit. Im not sure how new this sales rep is but, Le Chateau you've finally hired someone who is an excellent representative for your store. I hope she stays on so, I can make some more purchases with her in particular.
