Great service and great selection. The staff is super helpful and attentive, but gives you enough space to look around at your own pace. Great selection for work and casual wear. I get lots of compliments on the pieces I ended up purchasing. I try to pop into the store whenever I'm in the area.
What an amazing experience i encountered at the Laura store at Stone Rd mall recently. From the moment I walked into the store I felt that I was a valued client. The store manager was so attentive to my needs and was so helpful assisting me with finding that special outfit. I would also like to point out that they have amazing covid 19 safety measures in place and never once did I feel uncomfortable. Great job and thank you again for your amazing service, I will definitely be back!
The single worst experience ever! Went in to browse and was hounded by what turned out to be the manager. She would not leave me alone and after 15 minutes i felt i was being racially profiled. After 15 minutes I had to ask her to actually socially distance before i asked her name and for the manager. Was shocked that she claimed to be the manager. Will not be shopping there again. very disappointing and disturbing
A 5 star rating was my experience after being in the store several times. I had 3 different people assist me on different days & all of them were exceptionally helpful, friendly, attentive making valuable suggestions without being pushy. This is one of the few stores at the mall that women over 40 can look for age appropriate clothing. Thank you
