Staff not friendly or helpful at all. I went in and bought a one piece. I was unsure of the sizing but I bought it thinking I could exchange it for a different size if it didn’t fit (didn’t have time to try it on). Ladies at the check out saw me contemplating and I told them I was unsure but was going to go for it. Went back today to exchange because it didn’t fit and was informed they don’t exchange one pieces. I understand that companies can have whatever exchange policies they want but to not mention it to a customer who is clearly unsure of their purchase? They just seem totally careless.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. With myself being a male, they were very understanding and non judgemental that I was purchasing lingerie for myself. I would highly recommend this store. Plus it was very convenient that the fitting rooms were open as well.

I am male. My wife like the brand, I went twice to buy her somthing. But the staff are not trained or welcoming male customers.

Was only asked if I needed a change room, never checked on once while I was in there. When I came out, all the sales women were around the counter chatting. Worst service ever. I just went down the hall to La Senza where I should have gone in the first place.
