Nothing but great things to say about Guelph Kia! All of the staff members I dealt with including the owner were incredibly nice and I was greeted in a prompt and friendly manner. I just bought a 2020 Kia Forte from Connor and he helped me get the best price for the vehicle as well as helped me set it up upon delivery. I will be referring Guelph Kia to my friends and family as I had such great experience and am thrilled with my new vehicle.
This is now the third car I've bought from them and every time they have been amazing. This current car is my dream ride and after not being able to find the lower trim on the vehicle I wanted (sold out across Ontario) they were able to work with me on my budget to get the next level up. Staff are friendly, helpful, and there every step along the way. John French in financing is amazing and has gone above and beyond what I could expect. He made the process so easy streamlined. Just came in with some brake concerns and Scott from service was extremely helpful put my mind right at ease and told me I had nothing to worry about, he said they'll check everything next oil change to make sure but for now there's nothing to worry about. When the time comes for my next car I'll be back!
I had the very best experience getting my car from Guelph Kia. I first spoke with Natasha who was so incredibly kind and gracious. She helped me find an incredible 2017 Kia Forte that still looked brand new. She specifically went out of her way to speak to me outside of business hours to make sure my experience was less anxious. After I went into the dealership and test drove the car I knew it was for me. It was now time to meet John...the finance manager, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with John. Because of my credit in the past I thought I would never be able to get a car. John not only helped me get a car but is helping me rebuild my credit!!! John can work miracles and Natasha is a God sent!! An extraordinary team together!!
