I reached out to this company to engrave on something they have never done before. They were quick to respond to my email inquiring, and they advised while they had never done this particular job before they were willing to try. Not only did it work perfectly, but it was done quickly, and looked amazing. I am surprised to see reviews on here calling the people who work here rude among other things. George and Shelley were so wonderful through my entire experience. I would 100% go back here to have services done again.

They did do a good job engraving a chess board for me. They sell things that can be engraved. Fun to look at, but not my usual buy.
Friendly, helpful staff! I was very happy with their work.
Engraving Didn't turn out the way I had hoped. Its really small font and looks quite awkward on a larger surface. Oh well, hope my husband to be likes it.
