I booked a Limo for My husbands 40th Birthday This past Saturday The Limo arrived on time and the driver was very friendly. My husband said the Limo ride was Awesome and very clean and very happy with it. Then I needed an emergency SUV for the boys on the way back on the Sunday I called that day and they helped me make this happen even in the worst ice storm that day. I booked my flight with them, the driver was parked 15 minutes prior. On return the driver was parked outside although it took me 30 min on exiting. Black SUV although the rate I payed was for a sedan so I enjoyed my luxury drive. Then me and my friends also booked our maple leaf games to Toronto with a stretch limo. Driver Daniel was awesome!!! Highly recommend them! My go to every time I travel!
This company made me two hours late to my own wedding. They had the audacity to say that it was my fault when their limo broke down. On top of that, their driver received a speeding ticket/other charges and made us another hour late and they say nothing can be done about that. How about just slow down? When I called to explain the grievance, the manager/owner (Dev) was rude, showed attitude on the phone and wouldn't even reimburse partially to make it right. Avoid this place at all costs...
