My spouse and I were referred to Gia from a friend when it came time to sell our house, and we were very happy for their recommendation. Not only is Gia an excellent realtor, but she is extremely knowledgeable of the Guelph housing market. She gave me an excellent rundown of the housing market for Guelph in 2019, and presented me with a detailed catalogue (made by her!) that has all the necessary info needed to keep me up-to-date, to know which areas would be best to buy my home.
