I spoke to End of Roll in the store on a Thursday, new flooring was installed on Monday morning. Who does that? Terrific experience from start to finish. We opted to use End of Roll contractor instead of our own and we were not disappointed. Installer was experienced, professional and provided customer service. Clean up was done too! No issues :) In terms of price by our calculations we saved 2500 - 2750 with dealing with Abbey at End of Roll. Definitely better option than box stores. Thank you.

I decided to give End of the Roll a try based on good google review and was not disappointed. Abhi offered a wide selection at an affordable price. Their installers were also very friendly, professional and had great customer service. I will not hesitate to call them up again.
I would like to say Abby was very helpful and the selection of flooring was fantastic so I have no complaints about the store whatsoever. We opted to use his contacts for carpet installation which was great however the person who installed our laminate floor was poor at best. We have spongy spots in the floor where it wasn’t properly levelled and areas where laminate pieces rock back and forth. Was told that it’s part of a floating floor and will go away with time however after 6 months the problems still persist. If not for these issues I would say this is a 5 star place for sure. Update: Our floor has started to get broken laminate pieces as a result of the shoddy installation and likely will need to be reinstalled and replaced.
