All employees but one were extremely rude at this location. People are already stressed when going here because they are taking a test of some sort and they don't need to add to that stress by dealing with ill-mannered employees. Should have known what was coming when I saw how impolite the woman doing Covid screening at the door was to everyone. Inside there was a shouting match between a driving examiner and someone they had just failed. How could anyone writing their G1 concentrate in that atmosphere? No one at at the drive test centre was courteous and none seemed to enjoy their job. Why continue to work there? I'm sure there are lots of people that would be happy to work at this type of government job and make a good wage. It never ceases to amaze me that some in customer service could actually be so nasty interacting with a complete stranger. Do better, people.

For my visit everything went very smoothly. Went for G road test. Waited in line outside for someone to let me in. Proper COVID-19 measures were in place (social distancing, ground markings, temperature checks, hand sanitizer etc). Nothing big to complain about. Examiner was kind. Exactly what you would expect from a driving test institution. One driving examiner standing next to the line outside smoking however. Seems like some of the employees just overall don't care about their jobs.
Front door people were extremely rude. Went to get my G test and was turned down due to covid, fair. Some lady with a trench coat and glasses was extremely rude to me. After I got turned away and was waiting for my ride, she came back outside and said \why are you still here? I already addressed you\ Like excuse me?? She needs to be fired. And whoever trained her, needs to go too! The only polite person there was the security guard , maybe they should get training from him.
The first time I took my test the lady was really mean but the second time the lady I had was super nice and made me feel very comfortable so that I wasn’t nervous while driving
As commercial truck instructor with much experience with drive test centers through out Ontario, this has got to be the absolute worst. The examiner's are generally on a power trip, rude and obnoxious. They are not objective, favoring those schools that examine there on a regular basis. I would hope that the Ministry of Transportation will investigate this Center as to it's objectivity in the examiner's examination. It is highly subjective. All is not fair or just here. To be clear this is concerning Commercial Trucks AZ, not for G class
