As I came in for a few things at this location, I couldn't find what I was looking for. Over the intercom, the employee at the cash stated \security to zone B\. She proceed to have an observation on me for no reasonable grounds or probable cause. It was humiliating and I felt and uncomfortable to a great extent. Myself, being a loss prevention officer, and have worked in security in the past, please do not treat people with such disrespect. Proper adequate training is to be implemented. I will not be returning to this location. Please treat others with respect and dignity.
