Hands down the BEST obedience school you could possibly attend with amazing trainers and handlers. When my Beauceron puppy first came home, it was originally my plan to just enroll her in puppy classes, however their program is so well designed and has so many options and things to learn you can keep learning as long as you want to. My \just puppy class\ plan has now turned into nearly 2 years of being in their program and I'm constantly told how amazingly well trained and socialized my dog is. They've created such a community with their students, it isn't just about training your dog (though everything is centered around that). It's about having fun with fellow students as well and helping each other. The games classes are definitely one of the things I look forward to the most every week! Even if I eventually one day decide to stop doing classes with my current dog, they are the only obedience school I'll ever take any future puppy/dog to.

Although I have owned dogs for over 45 years, it wasn't until I got my last dog 5 years ago that I really got hooked on dog training. I signed up for what I thought would be for 8 weeks, long enough to learn the rudimentary skills of down, sit, stand, heel and come. Five years later, I am still learning and enjoying it. If you are going to own a dog, you need to invest the time in socializing them and teaching them some basic skills of obedience at the very least. Dogs in the Park have the knowledgeable, friendly staff to help you achieve those goals. They are always available if you have problems. I would not hesitate in recommending DITP.

Like so many businesses this past year Dogs in The Park had to get creative to continue to offer their services. I honestly think they have found some new methods that will stick around long after COVID. We adopted a young boxer x mastiff in the middle of the pandemic and immediately identified some reactivity issues that we needed help with. From the first virtual session to virtual and outdoor classes, we have been so impressed with the DITP team. The opportunity to work on some key skills and behaviours in the safety and comfort of our home has actually been an ideal formula for our dog. He can learn in his own environment, long before we challenge him in the real world. The whole team has been so excellent at noticing and interpreting dog behaviour through a zoom call that this actually seems to give them a more up-close view of our dog than they could comfortably get in face to face interactions. We are looking forward to continuing to work with this great team!

Sue and John are truly amazing. We've attended the Good Dog program, Puppy Education and Levels. Sue and John are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to ensure success for both you and your dog! They to above and beyond for their clients and truly love what they do! They hire and train wonderful staff that are supportive and helpful during training. And most of all, the classes are fun while also being educational! Definitely the gold star for dog training!

The training team at dogs in the park are amazing. They have so many ways to learn from group in person classes to online. The support they have given Abby and I has been outstanding. Abby and I are both learning and growing into a great team. What sets them a part is you work at your own pace, the variety of times and types of classes available and the skills and knowledge the trainers bring to the program.
