Inferior management team and terrible customer service. If the shop you are looking for in Kitchener, Waterloo Guelph or Cambridge uses them for delivery, RUN or use the alternative delivery options. I found my order at my door damaged. I would have been home to receive it if they were not so late! They've done this TWICE now! They have my phone number and apartment number and nobody bothered to contact me on their arrival.
