My dog is not a regular patient of Camus Estates, but I have called on them on 2 emergency visits. Each time they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Unfortunately, on the most recent visit, we had to put my dog down. They were extremely compassionate and patient with us as I was trying to get my kids in from out of town to say goodbye. They provided a private room that we were allowed to come in 2 at a time (COVID restrictions), and we were able to spend as much time as we needed to say our goodbye. Thanks to all the staff for their compassionate and professional care!

Can't say enough about how wonderful this animal hospital is. Brought my 17yo cat here on Easter when I noticed she wasn't looking well. Turns out her kidney values were extremely high and she needed 48h of IV fluids/hospitalization. Dr. Tonya and Dr. Kendra looked after my little diva and they were both incredible. Gave me morning and evening updates, sent me a picture of my cat so I could see she was doing well (and how cute she looked), worked with me to find a treatment plan that worked for my budget and answered all of my questions. I could tell how much they really cared for my girl. The tech that took me through the discharge instructions was also wonderful. Thanks to them, my kitty pulled through and is happy and comfy back at home :) I can't thank them enough for the all the hard work and care they put into my cat!

i went to the emergency tonight because my rabbit’s head turned to a side slightly. Although there is no obvious issue, the doctor really gives us lots of valuable advice and explanation. Before I came, I checked the google review, the rate score is only 3.6, which is so different from my experience. I think this may caused by the emergency section. As long as people go to the emergency, their pets must have some big issues. So it is very likely to not save those babes. Hope more people know this hospital and have a healthier baby pat!

We brought our cat (Freddie) here when we noticed his behaviour and breathing were very unusual. They quickly determined that it was a urinary blockage and helped our big guy get back to good health again after a 2 night stay. We're beyond appreciative for their patience on the phone when explaining the issue and they amount of empathy shown. In total, we've spent over 3000 and while this is expensive, i feel like this price would be similar at other emergency vets as well. It certainly gives me a lot of anxiety for other pet owners who may experience an expensive illness and not have the funds to cover this, but I don't think this is a Campus Estates problem, specifically. Just a scary thought.

We just wanted to express our appreciation for Nickey Brown and team at Campus Estates. They were there for our dog every step of the way until her last moments with us. The love, care, and compassion she provides to the pets and the owners are unrivalled anywhere in my opinion and we will be forever grateful. Thank you for all you do and for what you provided to our big girl!
