Recently I took on the responsibility of becoming the Health and Safety Rep for the Guelph Chamber of Commerce. I had no idea where to start or how to ensure we were following the correct protocol in our offices. I reached out to the team at Beyond Rewards for assistance and support in my new role. I must say, I didn't know what I was in for. Without knowing much about H&S I thought it was going to be easy. I was mistaken. There was so much the team at Beyond Rewards taught me about the role and what I need to do. Not only did they provide me on site training and certification, they came to the office and did a walk through with me showing what needed to be addressed. They will return in a couple of weeks to make sure everything is up to H&S standards. I highly recommend Beyond Rewards if you have any questions about the H&S in your company.

This company's idea of an investigation is a joke. Edit to reply. Except you made up facts and when I called to tell you I was told there was nothing that could be done because I didn't pay for the investigation. Along with calling my employer (that you never even interviewed) a customer and ignoring the fact that making a threatening gesture with a knife should be known to be unwelcome. But I guess since he's friends with the chief of police (of a force with one of the highest rates of officers charged with assault) that makes it ok?
