I hired GTA Dispatch Services to fix and complete my driveway after a previous paving company did a horrible job and damaged my house during excavation of the driveway. Mr. Nelson (Owner of GTA Dispatch) gave me a time when he will come by to see the driveway. True to his word he showed up on the promised day and identified the deficiencies. He also provided me details regarding how he would fix and complete the job. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns. He gave me a couple of possible dates on which he would do the job. They did the job within the promised time frame. On the day of work, they had the tools and the materials. They fixed the grade of my driveway and afterwards laid the Asphalt, so that the water would flow away from my house and towards the street. They were methodical in their work and took the time to finish the job in a proper manner. All of the workers were polite and well mannered. I am satisfied with the work Mr. Nelson and his company did for me. He does not use pressure tactics to sell his services, he is polite and listens to your questions and provides solutions according to your needs. Most of all he is an honest man. He did not try to upsell me and delivered a quality service.
