Terrible customer service! I emailed this company asking for a quote for a service they list on their website and received a curt “this is not something we do” in response. When I pointed out that they list it as a service on their website, the response was “I didn’t know this was something we do”. After 2 days waiting for a quote they replied and told me they could not print the job due to “copy write” issues. Teach your staff what services you offer and what the restrictions are. Thankfully I found someone else to print the job rather than waiting for them or I would not have received my job in time.
