Purchased from Grizzly for the first time online. Order was placed on a Sunday afternoon and I received an email confirmation that my order was ready for pick-up within hours. Received my order after having it personally delivered by Tim himself which was a very nice touch. As a new customer this experience will have me reorder from this company, and I will be sure to advertise how well I was treated to others. Just ordered the back country package. Beard balm and oil are so great. But after a long day at work the beard bar makes my whisker super fresh !! Highly recommend
