The coordinators were very easy to work with, and worked through multiple changes to names / addresses. The drivers were professional, good at communicating, on time and took care of our team.

I was on vacation and had scheduled a ride between my airport hotel and the cruise terminal in Vancouver, CA & had requested a four-hour tour of Vancouver before dropping me off. My driver, Lincoln, was waiting for me when I came down and checked out of the hotel. He was very nicely dressed in a suit, and the car was absolutely beautiful - totally state-of-the-art technology and comfort. Lincoln gave me the full four hour guided tour of the best parts of Vancouver, including Chinatown, Gastown, Granville Island and Stanley Park. He was loaded with historical tidbits for each area, and was an excellent guide. He stopped at the best sights so I could get out and explore by foot, and made sure the car was waiting in the right place when time to continue the tour. I highly recommend Lincoln, and Griffin Transportation!
