The place we stayed in was room 315. It is spacious and relatively clean but very run down and not what we expected at all. The carpets and furnishings were all pretty old and stained with age and use. Half of the light bulbs in the place were not working. The ceiling fan was not working as well and we were there in summertime so it was hot and humid. They did however provide 3 portable fans which helped. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and crockery but no coffee or tea was provided even though it's meant to be complimentary. The loft bedroom was acceptable but the top window has no curtains and during summertime the sunlight would wake you up at ridiculous hours. The bathroom was clean but the shower is quite cramped. If you were taller than 6'0 it would be a squeeze and the light was not working in there as well. The most shocking thing was the hairdryer as it malfunctioned when my boyfriend was using it and thank goodness he wasn't electrocuted. It was obviously very old and something inside it shattered/exploded so we quickly unplugged it. Overall for the price (200 a night) that we paid I would've rather gone to a hotel around that area. Would not recommend.

It's our first time stay here. It's a fairly new & ski in ski out lodge. The room is very cozy and only takes 2 mins walk to the upper village if walk through the ski run as a short cut. The lobby front desk closed due to covid-19 otherwise we might get a ski locker to use.

My family and I had a great 10 days at Greystone Lodge and I would thoroughly recommend this complex if you are planning on visiting Whistler. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was very spacious, well appointed (very comfortable beds, ample and comfortable furniture) clean and with excellent amenities. It has a great ski-in ski-out location, less than 5 minutes from your door to the Blackcomb Gondola or the free shuttle stop is just 2-3 minutes walk from the complex. The hot tubs (one indoor and one outdoor) and outdoor pool are very welcome after a day on the slopes and the whole place is very well maintained. The cherry on the cake though are Clint and Kristy, who manage the complex - they are extremely helpful, flexible and always available. They also go above and beyond - our daughter lost her cuddly toy in the laundry and both Clint and Kristy could not have been more helpful in locating it and arranging for us to pick it up on our way through Squamish. Service well above and beyond expectations. We will certainly be back

This review is for unit 315 at Greystone. I was immediately disappointed in the quality of the hotel room when I walked in. The mattress in the room was old and the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. You could feel every spring when you laid on it. I googled the mattress and couldn’t even find this online because it was so old. I didn’t even take off my shoes for the first three hours because I did not plan on staying here. The management would not refund me nor was there a different room available for us to stay in. I was even willing to pay extra for an upgraded room just so I could be comfortable. Angela, the manager was pleasant and ended up replacing our mattress the next day and apologized for the inconvenience with a bottle of wine. The ceiling fan in the loft didn’t work so there was a cheap fan in the corner. The loft didn’t look like it was updated in years. There was a knife block with two knives in it. The pans in the kitchen were warped and hard to cook with. This particular room does not meet the standards of a 4 star resort in my opinion. I ski 2-3 times a year and have stayed at some fabulous resorts for the price I payed at greystone. I am posting this review so the owner and resort will upgrade this room and take accountability for holding each unit to a 4 star standard as advertised. I am sure other units are upgraded like the pictures show online however, this unit surely needs some attention. Due to this, I would not stay here again.
