With NO conservation authority office near where our headwaters of the Saugeen, Grand and Nottasawaga River's meet to start in Ontario Island; it makes it very easy to transform farms and wetlands (hazard lands) in to industrial lands. If any of this current (2016–2020) type and style of agricultural land change was allowed in the past no one's grandparents would have had to sell out their farm land to new owners; as they would have built these type of facilities already for their families and future—they saved their land and it's eco cultures. This agency has shown it understand's nature matters. Are any conservation authorites ON Ontario Island?

Falls it self is very beautiful, but the parking lot is extremely small, although it doesn't get as packed as some of the other falls in Ontario still its best to arrive early. Going to the bottom of the falls is bit challenging as you have to do bit of climbing holding on to branches and rocks but nothing too extreme.

Lovely area full of reasonably easy trails. We went with some kids for snow shoeing and all enjoyed it as there were different levels of ease and difficulty.

This is a wonderful place to have a picnic or go on a short or long hike. The Arboretum is great to visit and see the difference species of trees. The ditactic panels along the various paths help add to your wondering about. Nice short hike back to the river.

This is a review of Inglis Falls, a nice short stop on our way to Bruce Peninsula. We explored a bit by following some trails near the falls and chanced upon small snakes and frogs. The river that feeds the falls was very picturesque.
