Bang-up delivery job of delivering new dryer and taking the old one; top notch crew!

My husband received a phone call from Gref's delivery to arrange a pool table delivery at our house, he asked them to please carry it to our basement which is only one level down (my husband broke his back 15yrs ago). Upon arrival the "passenger" came to our front door and politely asked me to show him where I'd like the pool table, I showed him, he said Ok. The next minute the "driver" knocked on my door and told me they are taking the pool table back!!!! I mean really? Wow, I were completely stunned by the way I have just been treated! I immediately walked outside to "passenger" to ask what is going on as he was closing the rolling door on the back of the truck. After calling my husband he told me to let them just put it in the garage. I will contact Best Buy Canada and let them know that this is the service we received! I am appalled by the way the driver spoke to me!!!! January 24th 2017.
Very unprofessional, I ordered my 3,500 bosch washer an drier they brought them broken, they said others from Toronto did this that’s bs
I ordered a refrigerator from Best Buy and these guys delivered it today. It was a super easy experience! Two gentlemen came, were very accommodating, put my fridge exactly where it had to go and the entire experience from beginning to end was about 10 minutes. Perfect delivery, thanks guys!
