I was very happy with the service I received. I dealt with Brendan and he is very professional and courteous. He gave me an initial estimate and turned out that it cost much less and he adjusted the bill accordingly. I feel that this company is very professional and care about the wildlife they came to control. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Chris and he was just the same as Brendan as far as seeing to my needs. Excellent, reliable & trustworthy service. Greenshield should be your go to pest control service. I am very happy with their service and their knowledge & experience is excellent. Neil did a fantastic job at sealing the house & setting traps where needed. He made sure I understood what steps he was taking to counter the mice problem & provided excellent customer service. The number of mice caught in traps now has decreased drastically and is at 0 as of today. Shelby is the person to contact and she was very helpful & understanding of our situation & was also very efficient at arranging help to us quickly.

It’s a rare thing for a company to return your call when you’re just looking for advice rather than a service but Greenshield did and Curtis was super helpful with ideas for fencing to keep out porcupines - thank you Curtis! I’ve not been happy with two other pest control providers that had been recommended to me so I’m shifting to Greenshield Pest Control for my annual exterior spraying and anything else that comes up. They are so nice, no pushy sales and very good pricing! Wish I’d found Greenshield years ago. (Westport, ON)
