Horse and pet lover's javen! The store is not big but is chock-full of all and any articles one might ever need related to horses and horse care and riding. Plus a great general pet section and used merchandise floor. But best of all - super friendly and helpful staff!

Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Very pet friendly and welcoming. Bringing our dogs in to try on the dog coats was a huge time saver and allowed us to try different styles and compare. Very happy with the service and quality and pricing of our purchases. We are new to Grimsby and so relieved to find a new local go to for our per needs.

I visited Greenhawk in Beamsville and had the worst customer service experience of my life. I usually feel welcome when I walk through those doors but these visits were atrociously unpleasant. I went in to buy a new helmet and was pushed out with one I didn't want to buy while not being offered to look at any others. I then talked to the online customer service associate through the website who said I could likely exchange due to some extenuating circumstances. I went the next day to do so and the lady behind the counter was rude, she belittled me, and made me feel like a child saying she couldn't do anything for me. After I politely explained that I had spoken to the online customer service associate who was the one who told me to come in she was colder to me and was still rude. I was then helped by three sales people simultaneously who were bombarding me with helmets and information while not giving me a chance to give them any input on what I wanted... after feeling like I was badgered and cornered with no escape but to buy a helmet I didn't really want... they sent me with another helmet I am dissatisfied with, that cost a higher price. The staff made me feel defeated and they were not receptive to helping me because I needed smaller sizes. I am very disappointed with the experience and service I received in these two visits as I was treated like a child who couldn't make her own decisions and forced to buy something I didn't want on two separate occasions when I originally didn't ask for assistance in the first place. I am not impressed by their service or their attitude towards their customers. I doubt I'll be bringing any business back there.
i called greenhawk and asked for an item and she listed all of them to me she was very polite i forgot what she said her name was but she was very kind she didnt put me on hold to find the item like any other store. if you see this you are very nice
