Visited multiple storage facilities that will remain unamed. After comparing the units and security, Green Storage by far has the cleanest, accessible (24-hours) and safest facility. Yesterday I worked with their online representative (Marian) to get an in-person tour of the facility in the next few hours. An hour before my appointment David called to confirm my appointment and instructions when I arrive at their facility. David was very knowledgeable and great to deal with. Green Storage by far has the highest standards with their facilities and people.

So glad I moved storage companies to Green Storage in Ajax! Last place I was at was dark, dirty and felt unsafe - this is the complete opposite! Super bright - even in the middle of the night, clean, and the staff are fantastic. Have been here now for 8 months and it has made going to my storage just a regular part of my day, not an inconvenience and safety risk like the last place! Thanks Green Storage!
The staff at this location were very helpful, particularly a rep named David. His customer service was beyond exceptional. I would highly recommend this location not only for the service but also the cleanliness.
