Martin and his crew did an incredible job ! We have an old house in Victoria that was gutted down to it's studs. The work was done to a very high standard by both the crew and the trades that were brought into this project. This was a new experience for me and it was so nice to feel that we were in such competent hands. They were very receptive to any ideas or questions we had and very easy to talk to. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone that is looking to renovate their house. You will love the work they do. Randy Gomm

Friendly service and they were able to start immediately which was a huge help to get our restaurant open! The inside of the building was a mess and they completely renovated everything from floors to walls. I would definitely recommend them!
We had a great experience with Martin and his crew. The work was first class and Martin was easy to contact and always followed up. I would highly recommend Green Island if you need any work doing or have a major project that you are planning. His estimates and projections were always simple to understand and our project came in on budget.

I have recommended their contracting services to several of my clients for executing the prep and finishing work for my kitchen designs. They are great communicators and are always calm and genuinely interested in achieving the best end result. They have a keen eye for detail and are great at working together to make all the projects look fantastic and run smoothly.
Martin and his people did an excellent job of our partial kitchen renovation. They did fine work, solved problems on the spot or with Martin's input and generally cleaned up well in progress and afterward. His electricians, Jessica and Mike from VIP Electric, also prevented a potential fire by alerting us to a dangerous situation--much appreciated. We have always hired individual trades in our area and will continue to do so, but for more complex jobs, we plan to work with Green Island again.
