Very decepointed with their service. Green Grass expect customers to take a day off and wait for the technician to come anytime they wish. I booked an appointment a week ago for today between 12 to 4. I arranged all my other work around this time but the technician came in the morning at 9 without me being at home. When I called Green Grass I was told that the time is not guaranteed and I have to book another day. So that means I have to take another day off. This is ridiculous when they give a time window from 12 to 4 and don't honor the time. I am not happy with their customer service and don't care attitude when called to complain.

Stephen and Green Grass crew are top notch professional crew. We have used them multiple times for both lighting and sprinkler work. They are always on time, on budget and stand behind their work even if something isn’t right well after the job. I would highly recommend them!!
