Guess I went on a bad day. The staff didn't seem to know to much about there products they were selling. I asked a few basic questions and was told. Im not sure. Luckily I knew what i needed. Maybe time for a refresh class. Not bad people very friendly. Just a small lack of product knowledge

I am deaf and went to this store a lot 10 years ago. Everybody was very helpful and they had almost everything I needed. The stuff I bought from them still works. Super friendly and experienced staff. Great products.
We were happy with the products we picked up here on a couple of occasions. The best place in Sudbury for these types of supplies.
