Had my wedding here 2 weeks ago and cant stop thinking of how accommodating the people of Orchard View really were to us. In the middle of this pandemic we changed dates many times to try to find a time slot that works for everyone and we were able to have our dream wedding! Food was phenomenal (coming from a picky eater) and the venue was absolutely stunning. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a private wedding party with an amazing interior and exterior. Staff was great and polite as our guests shared with us after. Thanks again to everyone there!
We had our wedding ceremony at Orchard View in late June and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. Orchard View offered a micro-ceremony package that was unbeatable, from the price and location to the attentive and friendly staff. The grounds were beautiful, well maintained and serene. The office staff were also very accommodating and made sure I had all the information I needed prior to our wedding day to ensure all safety protocols were followed. I would recommend this venue for any social event just based on the service, location and grounds!
Having our wedding at Orchard View was everything we could have wished for and more. The beautiful and well-maintained grounds with a pond were perfect for our pictures, the gazebo fit our 155 guests for the ceremony, and the tent overlooking the pond was a great place for our cocktail hour. However, what made our experience truly exceptional was the amazing skills, attention to detail, responsiveness and kindness of Evelyn Hope, the onsite wedding coordinator. Honestly, she was a godsend. We appreciated her professionalism, expertise, input and cheerfulness as she helped coordinate our wedding. Her prompt replies really helped us finalize all of the plans in a short period of time. She worked excellently with all of our vendors, she was incredibly organized, and on the day of our wedding she was very attentive and ensured the service was top notch. Also, the food at Orchard View was mouth watering and the servers were great. We had the mixed grill dinner with a delicious NY cheesecake, and also many guests mentioned how delicious the appetizer soup was. All in all, we had an excellent experience at Orchard View. We'd definitely choose it again. Thanks to everyone who made our day so special last year!
We had our wedding at Orchard View in September 2016 on the North Grounds (gazebo and Lakeview room). The grounds are so beautiful and well-kept, which made for a beautiful day and gorgeous photos. Definitely the #1 pro of an Orchard View wedding is the gorgeous venue with the beautiful gardens, trees, lake, bridges, and elk. The Lakeview room is also a show-stopper; the big chandelier is gorgeous and the room is bright and airy. Overall, the food was delicious and the service was really good. The chef accommodated our special food request/upgrade for a reasonable cost. A few members of the staff were super wonderful and helpful. We had some issues leading up to and on our wedding day (mostly miscommunication), but we were impressed with how management handled it. They are truly committed to making sure their clients are satisfied and we really appreciate that. We would definitely recommend Orchard View to other couples!
