I have travelled through many airports in North America and Europe, Pearson is without question the worst. The luggage recovery is very poor. So often their walking sidewalks are broken.

The GTAA does NOT train its staff properly. With the US customs slow down, the ground staff are just standing around being bureaucratic, and not helping with prioritizing passengers to help those who are missing their flight.
As I sit here waiting in the convenient Cell Phone Parking Lot, I am reminded of the days where everyone used to park on the side of the road leading into the terminals (some still do..). As great as this is, I can’t help to think of what possibilities it is lacking. I believe in trying to always achieve excellence and with that here are my suggestions: - There should be bathroom facilities ( and no not porta-potties) - Either allow vendors to setup or even mobile food trucks to offer snacks, food and COFFEE (this would be awesome especially for the winter months) - lastly I notice that many people forget to turn back on their headlights when leaving, so I suggest having a light flashing sign indicating a friendly reminder to turn on headlights (active only when it’s dark by use of sensors) Have a nice day!
This is in regards to one of your outstanding staff: Carla O. At the Toronto Airport. She went above and beyond the typical service of today's standards. (the type of service I recall from year's past). I had lost an object on the plane I had just arrived on. She was able to with great resistance from the United office to retrieve it for me. It is with great thanks and appreciation that I write this review. All the staff at that particular desk were gracious and accommodating. Thank you Carla O!
