This place is excellent. The products are the best! The prices are very fair. It is very clear from dealing with them that they are of the artist temperament - this is something to be aware of in your dealings. Still, they truly are artists and their creations reflect that. Repeat customer and I will continue to be.

Ordered my weights back in September and received them yesterday(April). Customer service is nearly non-existent. It's like pulling teeth to get any response from them let alone one with any useful or accurate information. I eventually got fed up with waiting for their generic email responses so I started trying to get solid information via phone. It was only then that they told me of a damaged shipment which was the cause of the extended delay. I could possibly overlook this if the service made up for it but that's not the case. They have avoided and lied to me, promising me that my order had been shipped, only for me to find out 2 weeks later that they had not even made a shipping label yet. I will not be buying from this company again and I strongly urge you to avoid them. *REPLY* Did you even read what I wrote? I was falsely promised that my item shipped one day and it was actually shipped two weeks later when I called you about it again. Also no you actually didn't complete the order in 6 months as I stated earlier.

This place is a mess! Ordered weight plates from them back in November 2020, their customer support team had promised me if I placed my order now would have still have a chance to receive it by December 2020 or latest January 2021. However my shipment was never received nor I got an email back from them. I emailed them, they never replied back. Called them everyday no one picked up the phone and went to their voicemail. Of course I am not the only one with a complain. So their Voicemail was full couldn't even leave a voicemail in return to get a hold of them. Super frustrated with this type of unprofessionalism business. I Highly recommend you guys to read their reviews before placing an order with them. Very unprofessional Business that is probably running by an Amateur!!!!!!

Superior Quality equipment! I’ve been focusing more on static lifts for a few years and decided to incorporate other movements in order to build on different aspects of my training. The tools that Great Lakes Girya have supplied have helped boost me into areas I’ve not been before with respect to my typical lifts. Overall? Great experience with even better equipment. The guys are awesome to deal with and when concerns arise, they do everything in their power to get back to you as quickly as possible. Times have been stressful for everyone these days we need to have a little more patience. Attached you will see some of the awesome pieces that these guys have provided me. Thanks again guys!

I was looking for Crash Mats for my home gym, and those were a decent price. They have been great so far! Good quality material, well built, they come as advertised. I’ve been dropping weights on them, and the bar doesn’t bounce back all over the place. Perfect for any home or garage gym!

Not many places to find a pair of 20lb clubs in Canada. I was weary to order having been disappointed last year with GLG. Gave it a shot, clubs came within 2 weeks of purchase. Very impressed. High quality clubs with a nice finish. I own 15s, a 25 and 35 from different manufacturers and these are by far the best. Wasn't the biggest fan of these guys in 2020, but having seen their product, I'll definitely do business with them in the future.

Really good experience with this company. Igor is very customer service oriented, and in these very difficult times went out of his way to make sure I received my order in a timely manner. Great prices, great service, and a broad line of exercise equipment. If you don’t want to get gouged during the Pandemic when ALL the gyms are closed...this is definitely a place you want to check out. Keep up the great work!

The medicine balls are excellent. Well made and the rack accommodates the balls well and fit nicely into the spot they are in. I did wash them with dish detergent before use as the balls had some manufacturing oily residue on them, not much, but I didn't want the residue on me or elsewhere. Always great business with this company and any issues were resolved to my satisfaction.
